First day of high school…first day of college…first job.

We experience many “firsts” in our lives, all of which are important times of transition. Part of the reason I launched Wilmington Career Counseling was because I recognize the value of coaching assistance through some of these experiences. High school students have told me many times how daunting college planning can be and they can’t get the individual help they want. I’ve heard adults share they are ready to make a change in their career, but they’re not sure how to go about it. No two people have the exact same needs for information. Our goal is to understand YOUR story and what is important to you. Then we can encourage thoughtful steps to create a plan you can accomplish.
